In 2009 LITIER LMC founded greenhouse business that became a new branch of business development.

The greenhouses area will make over 40 hectares. For the greenhouse complex construction was chosen a land plot within the territory of Tver region. The steps of Land plot tenure registration are in process.

Tezaurus GreenHouse LLC acts as the investor while LITIER LMC acts under the management contract with Tezaurus GreenHouse LLC.

The greenhouse complex will be engineered in cooperation with leading Dutch specialists. The engineering will start in the nearest future.
