The land plot of 8.4 Ha is in the long term lease with the right to build warehouse objects and is located close to the Kaliningrad railway station and has a direct access to the Baltic highway and the Ring Road.
The construction of the Port Logistic complex is planned within the Sea Commercial Port of Kaliningrad, close to Kaliningrad Sea Canal Pass that connects Kaliningrad ports with the Baltic Sea.
The key parameters of A-class port-logistic complex LITIER Baltic:
The total warehouse area will make 23 ths. m2, including 4 ths. m2 of fresh zone and 2 ths. m2 of deep frozen zone.
This Complex will include a quay-side equipped with modern techniques, high-end container terminal and A-class warehouses with various temperature conditions (from -24º up to +18º Ñ).
There will be multimodal customs terminal on this area. Incoming cargoes will amount 60 TEUs a day at the first stage and will extend up to 140 TEUs a day.

Beginning of construction works is planned for 2013.
Commissioning will start around 2015.
